Monthly adoption options for Bear (min. 12 months)

Bear was found stumbling down the road when we went to check on reports of a large wombat cull on a farming property in Sandleton, where wombats were shot and others buried alive in their burrows. Bear was struggling to move and going directly towards where his home was no more. I caught him in my jumper and swept him to safety. He was taken to our vet and he has lost his right eye and full body x-ray's showed he has two bullets lodged in his chest. He is in a bad way but trying his hardest. We have him in WAO intensive care, wrapped in blankets, with full vet care and bottle fed until he's feeling better and able to feed himself... our hope is that he will fully recover to a life of freedom and safety in our sanctuary!
